Local planning One car or a sequence of cars
Weddings with staggered guest arrivals are really several transport jobs running at once. Multi-vehicle events and back-to-back airport pickups work best when each journey has its own car and its own briefing. Ibiza Airport is 7 km from Ibiza Town, short enough that a dedicated sedan for one arrival is realistic.
Where the car meets you
Handover can be at a hotel forecourt in Santa Eulària, at a private residence gate or on a heliport apron, so the car appears where the guests already are. For superyacht guests, the Ibiza marina is in the centre of town and a car can meet them straight off the tender. Each handover is briefed against that day's actual schedule.
Dress, roof and cabin comfort
Decide early who needs to sit where. A long dress, a veil or a formal jacket affects how each person gets in and out. It can also change the roof choice for a short drive: open for photographs, closed for a longer transfer. Mention these points when you enquire so the vehicle role can be matched to them.
Venue access and peak-season booking
Inland roads are mostly narrow and winding, which is why compact cars and convertibles are generally preferred and why some guests prefer to be driven. June to September is the heaviest period, and vehicles book out fast. In July and August, advance vehicle placement at the airport is essential.
